Continuing Education approval:

Legislative Rule 87-7-4 Continuing Education Requirements

4.2 The State Fire Commission may establish building code training provider standards, curriculum or subject matter standards, trainer qualifications and reporting requirements for continuing education programs.

The WV State Fire Commission will accept documented CEU’s for building code related training provided by:

WVCOA (WV Code Officials Association) an ICC Training Provider
