The annual WVCOA membership dues cover the entire calendar year of 2012.

Each city or county is entitled to enroll each of its staffers @ $40.00 annually.
Each active member is entitled to a vote at any WVCOA meeting on any matter. Individual Associate Members can vote in any election but not on other matters. Construction Suppliers or non-enforcement organizations pay a $150 annual membership fee and are entitled to one vote in any election, but not on other matters.
